Effective Construction Progress By Choosing High Performance Construction Team

While building construction during the pandemic time is a challenge because of the unprecedentedly long lead time for material delivery, materials delay caused by issues in supply chain, and more efforts required to manage the site inspection schedules, with extra attention to the anticipated challenges and an effective team, we are seeing the structure of the building in life in five months.

The construction activities started in late August 2021. The Merlo construction team has completed the foundation, the building frames and effectively handled the changes from the site inspections feedback and homeowner’s requests.

Thank you to MERLO CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC., our partnering contractor for mobilizing an effective and skilled execution team. The house transformation from a regular, ranch home to a high ceiling modern looking design home has been making awesome progress.

We look forward to seeing the final product in mid-2022.
